Amateur radio station and MARS (Military Affiliate Radio Station) equipment at Pulaski Barracks in Kaiserslautern, Germany.

Collie Roe, from Michigan, obtained authorization to implement a MARS station at Pulaski Barracks. His MARS certificate can be seen in the upper right-hand corner of this photograph.

Roe's American callsign was WA8FEW and his German-licensed callsign was DL4XY. Whaley's American callsign is WA4MFZ and his Germany-licensed callsign was DL4AL.
